Hello Alissa,

You look GREAT!! My name is Tara and I am 27 about 5'6 or so. My hunny Todd has writen to you for me, but really i needed to talk to you and be able to vent.

i have been getting so frusterated, lost and angry about my body since Mar 2005. I was very lean and in great shape, but then stress in Mar 2005 hit and i lost it all. i have been working so hard to get it back, but i am just..so...up-set. i have tried everything, from more cadio to less cardio, very intense weight work outs and now i am trying to cut down my calories to 1500 a day, I am using that site fitday. I love that site what a great tool.

i guess i am just sad, frusterated and lost, you know? I am about 132 and i really want to trim down, i have been working out since 1997, but I feel my body does NOT show it. I am just so...lost. I am sorry to vent on you like this, it's just hard for me.

I am working out 5 times a week, my weights about about 40 mins, then i do about 30 mins cardio ( I cant go to hard on the cardio, i have pre-arthritus (spelling?) in my knee's) and now I have cut my calories to 1500 a day.

i just hope this works.

Thanks for listening,
Tara

Tara,

Don't be discouraged! Have patience and always educate yourself on new training and diet information. You will continually improve if you continually challenge yourself. I hope I can offer you some motivation, and please stop by anytime you need to!

I am going to try this 1500 calories a day and see how that goes. I eat really good but I know I can always improve. I just get really down and sad sometimes. it's just hard, i am sure you know.

Please feel free to email me and let me know how you are doing.

Sincerely,

GREAT JOB!!! Two pounds is nothing to snuff at, and it's the perfect rate of weight loss to ensure you're keeping your muscle and the fat loss will more likely be permanent.

Thanks for updating me, and continue kicking butt!
