1400 Preworkout: 2.5 oz ground turkey, 1/3c brown rice (174)

1630 Postworkout: 3/4 oz MHP Probolic protein, 2 packets sugar (158)

1815: 1/2c cottage cheese, 1/8c Kashi Nuggets cereal (132)
