Wk 7, Day 2 - Back & Chest

Felt lethargic and low energy today, but made it through. Pretty sure this is the first sign of the diet beginning to take its toll.

AM: 20 minute routine practice

Seated Underhand Cable Row 70x15 80x12 90x10 90x10
C1: FM 1-Arm Row (R,L) 35x15 45x15 50x12
C2: FM Chest Press 40x15 40x8

Duration: 54 minutes
Total Sets: Back=17 Chest=10
