Today was my first sport-specific workout, and I chose sprints on the treadmill (cold & rainy outside).

1 min @ 8.0, 2 min @ 4.7
1 min @ 8.2, 2 min @ 4.7
1 min @ 8.2, 2 min @ 4.7
1 min @ 8.5, 2 min @ 4.7
1 min @ 9.0, 2 min @ 4.7
5 minute cool-down
Total time: 22 minutes
