1200: 2 oz chicken breast, 1c broccoli, 1/3c brown rice (207)

1400 Preworkout: 2 oz chicken breast, 1/2c brown rice (200)

1515 - Train Shoulders, Traps, Calves

1630 Postworkout: 1 oz MHP Simply Whey, 1.5 tbsp honey (210)

1830: 2 oz chicken breast, 2c broccoli (179)
