1530: 1/3c oats, 1/4c cottage cheese, 15g MHP (187)

1830: 3 oz chicken breast, 3c mixed greens (153)

2000: 3 oz chicken breast, mixed raw veggies (185)

2130: 4 oz CC yogurt, 10g MHP Probolic (100)
